Empty Love Song

Released:
2012-08-20
Comments:
Empty Love Song was a digital single, issued in August 2012. It features a cover of Orchestral Manoeuvres In The Dark, a remix and a radio edit which is different than the edit on the Sweetest Treasure promo CD (it's 12 seconds shorter, has a fade-in intro and some other subtle differences).
The promotional CD, limited to 50 copies, comes in a plastic sleeve with a printed insert. It features the 3:33 radio edit and the album version, although the sleeve lists a duration of 3:43 for the edit. Also note that the sleeve is identical to the sleeve of the Sweetest Treasure EP.
Tracklisting:
  1. Empty Love Song (Radio Edit - 3:33)
  2. Maid Of Orleans

Comments:
Their first single release. Initially released as a download-only single which included some remixes, it was released on the 10th of December again on the 7" vinyl format, marking it as the first physical release for the band.
One of the digital releases is an 'extended' version. This is however just the normal non-edited (album) version.
Each digital release was an 'album' with one track only.
I have not come across any promotional discs for this release yet.
This song was later released as the second track on their debut album Healing Music.
