A promotional CD which comes in a cardboard sleeve. A CDr variant exists of this promo which comes in a plastic sleeve with white paper inserts and minimal information printed on it.

This second promo comes in a plastic sleeve and features four tracks including a full instrumental of the album version (note that this recording contains an error during the intro) and two Cavemen remixes. A press release states that one of these Cavemen remixes was going to be featured on a 7″ issue, though this never happened.
